Dance Screening Assessments
Pre-employment and pre-casting medical screens and assessments are available at Dynamics physiotherapy clinic, on request, for performers about to move on to dance college or who have a contract requiring this.
We use our own assessment unless your prospective college or employer has their own that they would like us to perform.
This service includes a thorough subjective assessment and past medical history of any existing or previous injury, as well as an objective clinical assessment of all ligamentous and articular structures for the weight-bearing joints, upper limbs and spine. High level muscle function and a range of movement tests are also undertaken.
