I am a skilled Sports Therapist with extensive experience in private practice, rugby, football, and major sporting events. I have worked across multiple clinics in London, Channel Islands and Hampshire, providing injury rehabilitation, performance optimization, and preventative care to athletes of all levels. In addition to my clinical work, I continue to provide pitch-side support for rugby teams across the UK and have volunteered at marathon events and the Island Games in Guernsey.
With hands-on experience in first-contact physiotherapy, I have worked closely alongside leading healthcare professionals, referring for scans, and contributing to multidisciplinary teams. I have also mentored students and delivered professional presentations, furthering education in Sports therapy.
I hold qualifications in acupuncture and dry needling, cupping therapy, lymphatic drainage massage, spinal mobilizations, and bio mechanics of running. Currently, I am expanding my expertise in ultrasound scanning to enhance injury assessment and treatment planning.
As an athlete myself, I understand the frustration of being sidelined by injury and I am committed to helping my patients recover and return to doing what they love. My approach is both hands-on and evidence-based, ensuring that every treatment is tailored to the individual. “Believe me, I’ll do everything I can to get you back!”
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, traveling, dancing, skiing, reading, and most of all, spending time with family and friends—ideally somewhere abroad!
