I’m a skilled Sports therapist with a lifelong background in dance, giving me a strong understanding of movement, performance, and injury prevention for dancers. I’ve gained valuable hands-on experience through placements whilst at Solent University as well as working with Crofton Saints FC, Gosport Borough FC and Portsmouth FC, supporting athletes in their recovery and optimise performance.
I have also taught dance for the last 3 years to a variety of age ranges in styles such as Ballet, Acro and Jazz. This has been an incredibly rewarding job for me, and sharing my love for dance with young dancers has been a joy.
Alongside University, I have gained my level 2 qualification in personal training and am currently working towards my mat and reformer Pilates qualifications. This has all come together alongside my degree to help me gain a holistic approach to rehabilitation and recovery.
Outside of education, I have always enjoyed dancing and going to watch musicals with my family. My top three are Everybody’s Talking about Jamie, Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat and Legally Blonde.
I’m passionate about helping people return to doing what they love and am excited to begin this next chapter in a clinical setting with the team at Dynamics.
