Caroline is a highly experienced musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, with a professional, dedicated, compassionate and conscientious approach to client care.
She qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from University of the West of England, Bristol, in 1999. After completing her junior rotations at Ealing Hospital, London, she specialized in Musculoskeletal Outpatients and worked for 5 years as a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist within a large NHS teaching hospital in Sheffield.
Caroline completed an MSc in Advanced Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy at University College London in 2007, achieving MACP membership. She then went on to manage a team of Physiotherapists for a large company within the private sector. Following this, Caroline set up and ran a successful private physiotherapy business for over 10 years, treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal, sports and orthopaedic conditions.
Caroline maintains her own Continuing Professional Development to ensure she remains updated with the latest evidence-based practice. She uses advanced assessment skills and the application of highly skilled and effective manual therapy techniques. These, together with the ability to provide effective and personalised exercise and rehabilitation programs, enable her to effectively diagnose, treat and rehabilitate problematic aches, pains and injuries.
A lover of the great outdoors, dog walks and running in the beautiful New Forest, as well as enjoying yoga, spinning and a leisurely swim or bike ride.
