The Dynamics Team

Our team consist of Chartered Physiotherapists and degree trained Sports Therapists who are experienced in working within sport from elite Olympic level to amateur. You dont have to be an elite sports person to come to the clinic, it just means that you benefit from our expertise and knowledge of how Olympic level skiers and snow boarders train.

Preparation is Essential

Begin training as early as possible before your holiday, "prevention is better than cure" such a true saying, clients that book into the clinic are always very surprised how the winter sport specific training we provide has a direct influence on their technique. Winter sports are expensive, it makes sense to prepare. We enjoy sharing our knowledge to help you enjoy your winter sports holiday.

"After rupturing my ACL and MCL knee ligaments six months before the Sochi Olympics 2014, I was very sceptical whether or not I would be able to rehab it back into shape before the contest. Having access to dean at Dynamics Physiotherapy Clinic was invaluable. With his help we managed to get what would normally be a six month rehab down to four, getting me ready a couple of months before the Olympics giving me a chance for extra training. I feel without his help I wouldn't have achieved what I did"

"Preparing physically for a winter sports holiday can reduce your chances of getting injured"

"Getting educated and preparing physically for a winter sports holiday can reduce your chances of getting injured on your trip. I have seen too many people ruin their holidays through silly mistakes. Dean has a strong understanding of the mechanics of sport and can help you enjoy your holiday to the fullest"
